We’ve all seen the stories on social media of people who have had their cars stolen and they know where their car is because they have GPS on the vehicle. They call the police to recover the vehicle just to be told that they won’t retrieve the vehicle and to just call their insurance company. This is frustrating for the vehicle owner. Many have gone by themselves or with their spouses to retrieve their vehicles. This can be dangerous as many of these thieves are armed.
Because of this, we are now offering Stolen Vehicle Recovery services.
Option 1
As long as you can provide proof of ownership and proof that the vehicle has been reported as stolen with your local police department, we will drive, escort, or meet you at your vehicle’s location and provide protection for you while you retrieve your car. That protection will be a fully armed and highly trained Blackwatch agent. While you are retrieving your vehicle, the agent will be standing there at your vehicle surveying the scene and watching out for anyone that may try to interfere.
Option 2
If you feel that it is too dangerous to retrieve the vehicle yourself, we can collect the key from you and send two agents to retrieve your vehicle. Both agents will be fully armed. One will keep watch, while the other retrieves the vehicle.
With either option, the agent in the Blackwatch car will follow the retrieved vehicle at a distance to ensure the vehicle is not being followed. Your insurance may reimburse the expense of retrieval.
Proof of ownership will require a valid government photo ID and one of the following documents: State issued title, valid State issued registration, or valid insurance ID with the stolen vehicle’s info including make, model, and VIN.
